Our main business is the design and manufacture of various metal products, components and assemblies. We specialize in small series and complex products, and we implement unique, sustainable solutions with top quality.
We want to enable productive solutions and offer all possible help to our customers right from the planning stage. As a result of determined development work, we have found the most functional solutions for manufacturing products, components and assemblies.
We design and manufacture prototypes, as well as test and document the product development stages from the customer's idea to the finished product. In designing each product, we focus on design and functionality.
We use 3D modeling to design the structure desired by the customer. Our experienced design team creates new products, components and equipment or modifications together with the customer, from concept design to manufacturing drawings.
We manufacture even the most demanding assemblies either based on the customer's drawings or with our own drawings. With a new product or a major modification, we plan the necessary part or change together with the customer.
DESIGN
We fulfill our customers' needs with high quality and great flexibility. Both assembly work and manufacturing of parts are done in our own factory, and we deliver and install it according to the customer's wishes at the agreed time.
In addition to regular steel and aluminium structures, we manufacture e.g. custom designed equipment, parts and high-quality customized assemblies for different industries. Our expertise also includes the manufacture of high-quality aluminium hull boats.
We use up-to-date machines for edging, bending, machining, welding and cutting. We machine products according to the customer's wishes, and from us you can get extensive machining services for different materials, from a few pieces to larger series.
Our skilled staff is proficient in the processing and welding of demanding structures and various materials. With us, even complex entities are completed reliably.
We also manufacture assemblies as a comprehensive turnkey service, from design and manufacturing of parts to the assembly and installation.
